Objectives:
By the end of the program, participants will be better able to recognize and handle common primary care and specialty problems faced by primary care providers.

Certification:
CVPH Medical Center is accredited by the Medical Society of the State of New York to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians. CVPH Medical Center designates this continuing medical education activity for twenty hours (20 hrs) in Category I CME toward the AMA/PRA (Physician Recognition Award) ( approval pending).

Each provider should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spends in the educational activity.
