Dear Pharmaceutical Representative,

Thank you for your inquiring about our CME Conference in 2010

The 2010 Conference will again be held at the High Peaks Resort (formerly the Hilton Lake Placid Resort), in Lake Placid, N.Y. The dates are February 25-27, 2010.  As always, we encourage you to contact us for table space as soon as possible, as there are a limited amount of tables available. 

The price per table is $1,500. We also have breaks available for sponsoring. 

Our Conference is approved (pending) for 20 Category 1 CME/ AMA credits.

Our attendance is generally between 60-80 PA’s, mostly from Northern New York, Vermont and Capital District region.

Our Tax ID # is EIN 22-2931005 (download a W-9). Checks should be made to ASPA. They should be sent in care of me at the address listed below.
