Fees:
$250.00 Full Program - Advanced Registration
$275.00 Full Program - Same day registration
$100.00 One day attendance
$ 70.00 Student
Or $25.00 per credit hour - max of 5 hours

Bring a Friend Savings:
Register with a first time attendee and you each pay only $200.
Just send your forms in together.

Registration Desk:
Thursday, 10:00am to 5:30 pm.
Friday thru Saturday during conference hours.

Exhibits:
Will adjoin the lecture room. Participants are encouraged to visit this area during the breaks. Refreshments will be provided in this area.

Credits:
20 hours of Category 1 CME. (approval Pending)
