Reservations can be made online at www.hilton.com, or by phone  at 518-523-4411. You may also print & fill out the form below and submit it by February 1, 2008.

Make checks payable to The Hilton Lake Placid Resort. Personal checks, Visa, Master Card and American Express will be accepted for deposit. Final payment must be made with cash or major credit card upon departure.

Bed and Breakfast rates quoted for conference, based on a 3 night minimum stay.

RENOVATIONS: The Hilton Lake Placid Resort will be undergoing renovations in 2008. This will have minimal impact during our conference. They have agreed to halt all construction during and around our conference area. All participants will be given newly renovated rooms during their stay.

ADK Northway (I-87) to exit 30. Left to Rt 73 to Lake Placid.

(North): Montreal, Canada ( 110 miles, 2 ¼ hr drive): Rt 15 South to US Border.
I 87 S to exit 34. Left on 9N to Rt 86 to Lake Placid.

(West): Buffalo (300 miles, 6 hr drive). NYS Thruway E to Syracuse (190 miles, 4 hr drive): I-81 N to Watertown. Rt 3E to Rt 86 to Lake Placid.
